Initiate Your Request
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) code.
Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your headboard in its original protective wrapping and box to prevent damage during transit; items must be in new, unassembled condition.
Collection or Shipping
Depending on your location and item size, we will either provide a prepaid shipping label or schedule a professional courier collection from your doorstep.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
